Being VEGAN


Veganism is a moral issue. It’s about realizing where our food comes from, what it takes to get it to our plate, and how animal food production impacts other creatures and our environment.

We strive to make a difference in this cruel world, by creating awareness, and being kind through food that is free of all animal products. Where no sentient beings are harmed in the making of any of our food items. We provide nutritious and delicious 100% cruelty free, plant-based meals. Going vegan is a great opportunity to learn more about nutrition and cooking and improve your diet. You won’t be consuming saturated fat from meat, milk and eggs, and you’ll be avoiding processed meat, which the World Health Organization has classified as a cause of cancer. Getting your nutrients from plant foods allows more room in your diet for health-promoting options. If you make smart choices, a vegan diet can be a healthy way of eating. These foods are packed full of beneficial fibre, vitamins and minerals.

OH MY SOUL strives for a world where every earthling has the right to live out their whole life. Our customers remember us for our kindness. We hope to make people aware of just how totally helpless these souls are. How dependant on us they are, trusting us with their lives and wellbeing.
